but still have questions?
Maybe you found a supplier through Alibaba, met them at a trade show, or received an introduction. Now you are wondering whether the price is competitive, the factory can deliver, or you have asked the right questions.
Get another perspective. Review the supplier you have, compare quotations against the same requirements, or discuss a factory visit with me.
Sometimes the next step is a different manufacturer. Sometimes it is a clearer agreement and a better working relationship with the one you already have.

Discuss a Factory VisitPersonal attendance, itinerary, travel costs, and fees are agreed before booking.
I have been on your side of the factory table.
I founded Hydro Flask and have spent more than three decades building businesses and physical products. That experience reaches across product development, manufacturing, sourcing, brand, sales, and distribution.
A low quotation is only useful if the product, quality, timing, and business behind it work. I help you look at those decisions together.
You work directly with me. When a project needs engineering, inspection, testing, logistics, or another specialty, I help coordinate the appropriate people around the work.
One project or ongoing support.
Project assessment
Review where you are, what is missing, and the questions to resolve before the next commitment.

Fractional support
Regular involvement in sourcing decisions, supplier coordination, and the work needed to keep moving.
You have designed it.
What happens next?
Your client needs a practical path into manufacturing. I help review the handoff, identify missing information, coordinate engineering input, and find suitable manufacturers.
Discuss a design handoff →Before we get started.
Can you help if I already have a factory?+
Yes. You may need a second opinion, comparison quotes, a factory evaluation, help with a production problem, or a clearer plan with your existing supplier. Replacing the factory is not the starting assumption.
What if I found my supplier through Alibaba?+
Tell me what you have found and what you have verified. Where a supplier was discovered is one part of the story. Its fit with your product, requirements, and business is what we need to understand.
Can I visit a factory with you?+
That is something we can discuss. Share the location, purpose, and timing. My attendance, local support, itinerary, travel costs, and fees need to be agreed before a trip is booked.
Can you get more quotes without moving my production?+
We can scope a quotation comparison while you continue your current supplier relationship. Useful comparisons need a consistent brief, including specifications, quantities, materials, quality expectations, and relevant commercial terms.
Do I need finished designs?+
Not for an initial discussion. Your stage determines the next step. An early concept may need assessment or design work before suppliers can provide useful production quotes.
Will I work directly with Travis?+
Yes, for the agreed advisory and coordination work. Engineering, inspections, testing, legal advice, and other specialist activities are performed by the appropriate providers.
Do you only work in China?+
China is an important part of my sourcing experience and the partner capabilities described here. If your project points elsewhere, tell me what you need and I will assess whether I can help or make a useful introduction.
What are you building,
and where do you need help?
A new product. A supplier you are unsure about. A quotation you want to compare. A factory you want to visit. Start with the situation in front of you.
